Merry Christmas!!!
We had a great Christmas, Libby got a little parakeet, and then the day after Christmas went and bought him a friend because she thought he was lonely. The other pictures are of people being super surprised when they opened their gifts...apparently there wasn't enough surprise in our expressions when we opened our gifts. Make sure to check out the last picture, that's Andy's favorite!

Santa at the South Jordan Fire Station
Tonight we got to go to Uncle Andy's firestation and see Santa. He came in on the firetruck and let all the kids come and see him. Then we had treats and Santa handed out present. We had a lot of fun!
I think Libby must have promised Santa something, they are pinky-swearing something....

Santa gave all of the kids a present, Libby saved hers until we got home.

This may look like fake suprise, but she was really shocked! She kept asking how Santa knew she wanted a Webkinz, she had a great time.

This was an area where the kids got to touch starfish, sea cucumbers and other "sea" animals.

Fishing in Washington Although we didn't catch anything, Libby thought fishing was very fun!

Uncle Joe helped everybody bait and untangle their lines (this happens a lot, the tangling)

Our Second Day in Washington!!
We took the kids to the duck park and fed the ducks four loaves of bread!! They really loved us! The we went to a corn maze/pumpkin patch. The maze was a bit long but the kids liked the hay ride and hay slides, plus we each got to pick a pumpkin when we left.

Our First Day in Yakima, WA
We pretty much just hung out at home, it was a beautiful day so we played outside some.

These are tresures Scottie collected
He did not like these Pumpkins on the porch, so he rolled them off.
The girls were much more willing to pose for me.

UTAH STATE FAIR
This is my girl with her 1st place ribbon, PLUS an award of merit. (that's the bigger of the two)
While we looked around, Libby kinda "hung out" by her exhibit, she was so proud.
Then she caught me taking her picture ;o)
These are a couple of rides Libby rode on, the giant slide, twice.......
and the fun house. We had a lot of fun at the fair!

Sunday Evening we went up to Payson Lakes and had dinner with the Evans and the Harts

Here are some little mice that came up to the fire to warm up, the kids were intrigued.

Josh showed the kids how to boil an egg in a paper cup on the fire, once again, they were intrigued!
